What does Ventures.eu invest in?
We back early-stage founders, mainly at Seed and Series A, in climate-tech, hardware, ICT, cyber-security, and AI. Around 60% is invested in Portugal and 40% across the rest of Europe, with tickets from €200K to €2M. We prefer to lead or co-lead.
How is the fund connected to Dealflow.eu?
Ventures.eu grew out of Dealflow.eu, an end-to-end startup consultancy and trusted EIC partner. The fund manager and the fund are separate entities, but the connection gives us strong deal flow, a Portuguese presence, and access to the wider EU innovation network.
What stage and ticket size do you focus on?
Our core stages are Seed and Series A, with selective Pre-Seed and secondaries. Tickets range from €200K to €2M, and roughly 40% of the fund is reserved for follow-on investments.

Yes. Ventures.eu is a CMVM-regulated Portuguese venture capital company (Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A.).
How does Ventures.eu add value beyond capital?
